Program Overview


Within the workplace there are a variety of circumstances in which conflict can occur. This workshop teaches participants to gain a fuller understanding of conflict and the potential for conflict to arise. Participants will learn how to be empathetic, deal with criticism and anger and overcome the barriers to effective communication in order to proactively resolve conflict.

The program will provide valuable skills for anyone who feels that their response to conflict situations could be improved including managers, project managers, supervisors, human resource managers and general managers.
