Strengthening your Leadership Capabilities

A range of programs have been designed to extend existing leaders and develop emerging leaders.
Our Leadership programs cover development courses in the areas of Sales, Qualifications and OHS.

Leadership programs are broken down into 4 areas:

• Peak Performance Leadership
• Personal Insights
• People Insights
• Core Management Insights

Delivery

• The programs are usually delivered over one or two full days face-to-face
• Skill practices and case studies can be customised to industry or organisation
• Sessions and prices are based on a group of 12 participants (up to 20 participants can be accommodated)
• The programs are facilitated by experienced facilitators
• Some of these programs can be mapped to units in the Business Services Package
