Performis has developed an integrated range of flexible programs that specifically address key Personal Insights and People Insights.The Personal Insight Programs (green spheres) focus on developing key personal skills required to excel in the workplace and are suited to new and existing leaders (as well as key staff). The People Insight Programs (grey spheres) focus on developing the critical people leadership skills and behaviours required of today’s leaders. These programs are brought together in the Leading through Insight EQ program (see above – peak performance programs).  |
