Program Overview


A constructive performance review has the potential to contribute to improved job satisfaction and work output. This practical workshop covers how to set up a performance management system as well as covering the practical aspects of conducting the review. The sessions include how to write performance agreements, and role-plays of how to run the appraisal meeting and give constructive feedback. By the conclusion of this workshop participants will feel more confident in their ability to make the performance appraisal of their staff a transparent and fair experience. Note that this course usually runs over 2 days.
