Program Overview


A key component of employee engagement is the confidence to voice opinions and communicate effectively and positively with a range of stakeholders. This workshop helps participants to identify the characteristics of different behavioural styles and develop the most effective behavioural response for different situations. The course will also clearly demonstrate effective ways of dealing with aggressive and non-assertive behaviour.
