An increasing number of roles require staff to deal effectively with different personality types, multi-level departments and factions within an organisation. This workshop will help participants to develop a practical and workable plan for dealing with influence situations in the workplace. The focus is on developing skills to assist in effectively positioning and presenting ideas, concepts, products and services to colleagues, managers, customers and clients.
Anyone whose role requires them to exert personal influence – this may include managers, team leaders, supervisors, sales and account managers, senior customer service representatives and project or change managers.
